Authorities have announced a major breakthrough in a 2025 drive-by shooting case near Holly Hill that left one man dead and another injured.
Arrest Made After Ongoing Investigation
Leroy Ravenell, sheriff of Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office, confirmed that 24-year-old Travon Little has been taken into custody.
Little was arrested Wednesday after investigators developed new information regarding his whereabouts.

Little is now facing multiple serious charges, including:
Murder
Attempted murder
Possession of a weapon during a violent crime
Details of the 2025 Shooting
The case stems from an October 2025 incident on Gabby Hall Court, where deputies responded to reports of gunfire.
Witnesses told investigators that a white vehicle sped past another car and opened fire in what appeared to be a drive-by shooting.
The shooting resulted in:
The death of 28-year-old Jordan Walters
Injuries to another passenger in the targeted vehicle
Walters later died from his injuries.
Obstruction and Additional Arrests
Sheriff Ravenell noted that the investigation was complex, involving multiple attempts to mislead authorities.
During the search for Little, 42-year-old Travis Watson was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice after allegedly providing false information to investigators.
