Funeral arrangements are being handled by Evans Funeral Home. Visitation will take place on May 4th, followed by a prayer service that evening. A funeral service to celebrate Chandler’s life will be held on May 5th, offering family and friends a time to gather, reflect, and say their goodbyes.
