It is with shattered hearts that we remember Nicholas John Snyman of Stellenbosch, who tragically passed away on April 24, 2026, at the age of 21.
Nic was a beloved son and a cherished younger brother to Alex—someone whose life, though far too short, was filled with love, light, and meaning. He brought joy to his family in ways that words can scarcely capture, and his presence was a constant source of warmth and pride.
To his parents and brother, Nic was everything—a beautiful soul whose love was immeasurable and whose absence now leaves an indescribable void. The bond they shared will forever remain unbroken, carried in memory, in love, and in the quiet moments where his spirit is still felt.
Nic will be remembered for the joy he brought into the lives of those around him. Whether through laughter, shared moments, or simply being present, he made an impact that will never fade. Those who knew him will carry forward the memory of his kindness, his energy, and the love he gave so freely.
As family and friends come together in grief, they also gather to honor a life that, while tragically brief, touched many hearts in meaningful ways.
A memorial service will be held in his honor in Stellenbosch on May 2 at 11:00 a.m. at 35 Bosman Street. Additional memorials in Port Elizabeth and Dubai will be announced at a later time.
Though the pain of this loss is profound, Nic’s legacy will live on through the love he shared and the memories he leaves behind.
