It is with deep sorrow that we remember a young life tragically lost in a boating accident, leaving behind a wave of grief that has touched family, friends, classmates, and a wider community bound together in mourning.
A dedicated cadet at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, he distinguished himself through discipline, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Within the Corps of Cadets, he exemplified the institution’s core values—honor, duty, and leadership—earning the admiration and respect of peers and mentors alike. His time there was marked not only by achievement but by a steadfast determination to grow, serve, and lead with integrity.
Yet beyond his academic and military pursuits, he will be remembered most for the character he carried so naturally. He was driven yet humble, strong yet compassionate—qualities that left a lasting impression on all who crossed his path. His friendships were sincere and enduring, built on trust, respect, and shared experiences that will not be forgotten.
To his family, he was a source of pride, love, and hope. Their loss is immeasurable, and their grief is shared by a community that stands with them in solidarity and care during this profoundly difficult time.
Though his life was tragically cut short, it was one marked by purpose and promise. His legacy endures in the lives he touched, the example he set, and the memories that will continue to inspire.
He will be forever loved, deeply missed, and always remembered.
