It is with deep love and heavy hearts that we share the passing of Jason West of Nelson—a cherished son, brother, partner, father, nephew, cousin, and friend. His loss is deeply felt by all who knew him, and his memory will forever live on in the hearts of his whānau and community.

Family and friends are warmly invited to join in honoring Jason’s life as he is taken to Whakatū Marae on Saturday, 25 April 2026 at 10:00am. He will lie at the marae for the duration of the tangihanga, with his nehu (burial) to be held on Tuesday, 28 April 2026. Further service details will be shared in due course.
