Fay Ann Reule, age 72, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 20. Born on January 19, 1954, in St. Paul, Minnesota, she was the daughter of Hugo and Jannette Reule. Fay spent her formative years in St. Paul, where she built lifelong roots and developed the strong family values that defined her life.
