Funeral arrangements have been scheduled in the Rio Grande Valley. A viewing will take place on Monday, April 27 at 4:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Services in San Juan, followed by the funeral service on Tuesday, April 28 at 11:00 a.m. at Palm Valley Gardens in Pharr.
