According to the Prince George County Police Department, the fatal collision happened at approximately 9:07 a.m. in the 10600 block of Walton Lake Road, involving a motorcycle and a pickup truck. Vincent, who was operating the motorcycle, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the pickup truck was not injured.
