The Cape Town shooting today occurred shortly before 2 p.m., when emergency services were called to reports of gunfire inside a busy shopping centre parking area.
Upon arrival, police found the victim inside a vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds. Medical personnel declared him dead at the scene.
