Neveah Camden Bigby Anderson County, SC Car Accident: Single-Vehicle Crash Claims Life of 21-Year-Old in Anderson County

The Anderson County Coroner’s Office is investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash that claimed the life of a 21-year-old woman Friday night.

According to Coroner Greg L. Shore, emergency dispatch received a report around 8:20 p.m. of a vehicle that had struck a tree on Midway Road at Stringer Road in the Belton area. First responders arriving on the scene found the driver deceased.

The victim has been identified as Neveah Camden Bigby, 21, of Williamston. Preliminary findings indicate that Bigby was traveling east on Midway Road when she lost control of her vehicle, overcorrected, left the roadway, and collided with a tree.

The Anderson County Coroner’s Office determined the cause of death to be multiple traumatic injuries, and the manner of death has been ruled accidental. The incident remains under investigation by the Coroner’s Office and the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
