The Flint, Michigan, community is mourning deeply following the tragic death of Antoine Jacques Hampton II, 24, who was killed in a devastating motorcycle crash Tuesday afternoon.
According to investigators, the fatal collision happened on Richfield Road near North Center Road. Police say Hampton was traveling eastbound on a Honda motorcycle when an SUV traveling westbound attempted to make a left turn. During that turn, the SUV reportedly pulled directly into the motorcyclist’s path, leading to a violent impact that left no time for Hampton to avoid the crash.
Emergency crews responded quickly, but despite lifesaving efforts, Antoine Jacques Hampton II was pronounced dead at the scene.
