Firefighters responded to a third-alarm commercial structure fire at 3020 Northwest 16th Street after a working fire was reported at the location.
According to initial information from fire officials, the fire originated in pallets stored along the exterior Bravo side of the building and extended to the structure itself.
Due to the size of the fire and the potential threat to surrounding buildings, a third alarm was requested, bringing additional fire suppression units and resources to the scene.
Crews worked aggressively to contain the fire, prevent further spread, and protect nearby exposures.
Firefighters remained on scene for extended operations as suppression and overhaul efforts continued.
