Jen’s connection to the school ran deep. As a proud member of the Class of 1996, she first walked the halls of Charlotte Catholic as a student, building friendships and memories that would shape her future. Years later, she returned to the very same halls not only as a teacher but also as a coach, choreographer, mentor, and colleague. In every role she held, Jen brought passion, dedication, and a genuine love for the people around her.

Students remember Jen as someone who made learning engaging and meaningful. She believed deeply in the potential of every student and worked tirelessly to help them succeed, both inside and outside the classroom. Her encouragement inspired many young people to grow in confidence, pursue their goals, and discover their talents. Whether she was guiding students through lessons, coaching them in athletics, or helping them shine in performances, Jen approached every moment with energy and care.

As a coach and choreographer, Jen’s creativity and enthusiasm were evident in everything she did. She loved helping students express themselves, work as a team, and push beyond their limits. Her leadership helped shape not only strong programs but also strong character in the young people she mentored.

To her colleagues, Jen was more than a coworker—she was a friend whose kindness and positivity brightened even the busiest days. She was known for her supportive spirit, her willingness to lend a hand, and her deep commitment to the school community she loved so much.

Beyond the school, Jen was a devoted daughter, sister, wife, and mother. Her family was the center of her life, and she carried that same love and dedication into every part of her world. Those closest to her will forever treasure the memories of her laughter, compassion, and unwavering support.

In honor of her life and legacy, the community of Charlotte Catholic High School will gather for a student-led prayer service on March 15, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the school gymnasium. It will be a time for prayer, remembrance, and unity as students, faculty, alumni, and families come together to celebrate the life of someone who meant so much to them all.
