The Palmerston North and wider Manawatu community are mourning the loss of Tim Kearins (1967–2026), a respected leader in New Zealand’s real estate industry and Co-Owner of Century 21 New Zealand. Tim Kearins was widely recognized as a trusted and influential figure in the real estate sector. Since joining Century 21 in 1993, he has become a familiar and respected presence throughout the Manawatu region. Over the years, he developed a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and an exceptional understanding of the local property market. Whether assisting families with their first home, guiding clients through major property investments, or managing rural subdivisions, Tim approached every opportunity with care and expertise.
In 2021, Tim’s long-standing commitment and leadership were further recognized when he became Co-Owner of Century 21 New Zealand. In this role, he continued to contribute to the growth and success of the organization while supporting fellow agents and mentoring others within the industry. His influence extended far beyond his own work, helping shape the standards and values that guided those around him.

He is survived by his wife, Tara, and the entire Kearins family, who are now surrounded by the thoughts, prayers, and support of the many lives Tim touched.
