Another person charged in connection to the double shooting at NY Gyro in Columbia Heights on Feb. 14.
Jabriil Ali Yusuf, 02/19/2006-age 20, residing in Brooklyn Park, has been charged with felony aiding an offender after the fact.
Another shooter inside the building is identified in the the charging document as YIO, DOB 4/21/08 (age 17).
Charges say Yusuf was inside with the shooter and was also the driver in one of the getaway vehicles, a red Toyota Camry GFV12*, that was seen picking up shooter YIO after the shooting. Video surveillance also showed clothing worn by Yusuf that was later found during a search warrant at his residence.
Another getaway vehicle is described as a gray Tesla Model 3, ZJD50*.
Yusuf made his first court appearance today and is still in custody on $100,000 bail.
