An Ohio mother accused of drowning her four-year-old son in a shocking incident has been found not guilty by reason of insanity. The woman claimed that God had instructed her that her son would be “swallowed by fish.”
Following the incident, she reportedly drove a golf cart into water with her three other teenage children, who escaped unharmed.
