The city of Macon continues to mourn following a devastating early-morning shooting that took the lives of three young men on Moseley Avenue.
Around 3:35 a.m., deputies with the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of gunfire in the area near Cedar Avenue. When law enforcement arrived, they discovered three men suffering from gunshot wounds. Tragically, all three were pronounced deceased at the scene.
The victims were later identified as:
25-year-old Charleston Burnett
25-year-old Jordan Gardner
26-year-old Willie Cain
Families and friends are now grieving unimaginable losses, remembering the men for their lives, their personalities, and the impact they had on those around them.
Arrest Made
Authorities have since announced a major development in the case. A 20-year-old Macon man, Julius Milner, has been arrested and charged in connection with the triple homicide. He is facing:
Three counts of murder

Milner is currently being held without bond as the investigation continues.
