Northwest District Attempted Murder Arrest

In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Northwest District on December 4, 2025, investigators have arrested 50-year-old Craig Williams of Baltimore.
Williams was arrested in connection with the shooting of a 37-year-old female in the 3500 block of Liberty Heights Avenue.
On February 17, 2026, Warrant Apprehension detectives took Craig Williams into custody in the 800 block of Belgian Avenue and transported him to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.

Northwest District Shooting Investigation
On December 4, 2025, at approximately 12:56 a.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to the 3500 block of Liberty Heights Avenue for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located a 37-year-old female suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to an area hospital, where her injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.
