It is with deep sorrow that the community announces the passing of Mehranguiz Lavian, whose warmth, kindness, and vibrant spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be profoundly missed by family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A funeral service to celebrate her life will be held on Thursday, February 12th, at 12:45 PM at Eden Memorial Park, 11500 Sepulveda Blvd, Mission Hills, CA 91345, with Rabbi Avi Taff officiating. Following the service, shiva will be observed on Thursday, February 12th, and Sunday, February 15th during the regular evening minyan at Sinai Temple, 10400 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90024, beginning at 5:45 PM.
Mehranguiz’s memory will remain a blessing to all who knew her. Her absence leaves a lasting void, and her spirit will be fondly remembered.
