Toman, a Whitby, Ontario resident, was last seen in the early morning hours of Feb. 2, 2025, after leaving a local bar with friends in the Mont‑Tremblant ski village. Surveillance footage shows him walking toward his hotel at around 3 a.m., but he never arrived and has not been heard from since.

Despite extensive searches guided by the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) — including air, ground and water operations shortly after his disappearance — there has been no confirmed sign of Toman. His wallet was later found near a parking lot within the resort, but key personal items, including his cellphone, have not been recovered.

Toman’s family and police continue to treat the case as an active investigation, with circumstances increasingly believed to indicate potential foul play, though no suspects have been publicly identified.

In a renewed effort to generate leads, Quebec provincial police set up a command post at Mont‑Tremblant one year after his disappearance, seeking to connect with visitors who may have been at the resort during the same weekend. Family members, including his mother Kathleen Toman, have been present at the site urging witnesses to come forward and share information that could illuminate his last known movements.

A reward of up to $50,000 is being offered for information leading to his whereabouts, supported by local organizations and anonymous donors in cooperation with authorities. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Sûreté du Québec at 1‑800‑659‑4264.

Liam’s disappearance has drawn attention from family, friends and the broader community, who continue to campaign for greater public awareness and additional clues that could help resolve the case.

This case remains active. Further updates will be provided as new information emerges from law enforcement and the ongoing search efforts.
