According to the Horry County Sheriff’s Office, the crash followed an attempted traffic stop that escalated into a high-speed pursuit through the Myrtle Beach area. Authorities said the chase ended just after 2 a.m. near the intersection of Robert Grissom Parkway and 38th Avenue. During the pursuit, speeds reportedly reached approximately 100 miles per hour, creating a dangerous situation that ultimately ended in tragedy.
