The North Las Vegas Police Department (NLVPD) has requested activation of the Emergency Alert System for the confirmed abduction of a child in the area of 1200 West Cheyenne Avenue in Clark County/North Las Vegas, Nevada.
The victim is identified as Leilani Williams, who is mixed race (Asian and Black), a 10-month-old girl.
The victim may be with her father, Roderick Duke, a Black male adult, 6’2″, 180 lbs, male.
The suspect vehicle description is a blue 2017 Chrysler 200 with an unknown license plate.
The time of the incident was 1:40 a.m. at 1200 West Cheyenne Avenue. The last known direction of travel is unknown, and the possible destination is Colorado.
The victim’s known medical issues are unknown.
“An AMBER Alert has been activated due to Roderick being in emotional crisis and making threats to harm himself and 10-month-old Leilani,” NLVPD said in a statement.
