Raymon Feliciano Captured by U.S. Marshals Service and Philadelphia Police Department for Shooting, Robbery at JJ’s Cafe

Authorities have arrested 39-year-old Raymon Feliciano in connection with a violent shooting and robbery that occurred earlier this month in Philadelphia.


Feliciano was taken into custody in the 900 block of East Sanger Street by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Philadelphia office along with the Philadelphia Police Highway Patrol unit. Officials said the arrest followed an investigation into a March 1 incident at JJ’s Cafe located at 1065 East Erie Avenue.

According to investigators, the incident inside the cafe involved a shooting that led to serious charges including aggravated assault, robbery, and weapons possession. Detectives worked to identify the suspect and track his whereabouts after the incident.

Law enforcement officials said the arrest was the result of coordinated efforts between federal and local authorities. Feliciano was located and apprehended without incident during the operation.
