Authorities have increased the cash reward for information that leads to the arrest of Curtis Frazier Jr., who is wanted in connection with a fatal shooting that took place on April 11, 2025, in the parking lot of Karma Restaurant & Lounge in Hampton.
According to officials, the victim was shot during an incident outside the nightlife venue, prompting an extensive investigation involving local police and federal partners. The case has since been adopted by the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force, which specializes in locating and apprehending violent fugitives across multiple jurisdictions.
Investigators say Frazier should be considered armed and dangerous. Law enforcement officials are urging anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact authorities immediately and not attempt to approach him.
The enhanced reward reflects the seriousness of the case and the continued effort to bring closure to the victim’s family while removing a potentially dangerous suspect from the community. Tips can typically be provided anonymously through the U.S. Marshals Service or local Crime Stoppers channels.
