Three-year-old Kehlani Marie Rogers, who was the subject of an Amber Alert issued February 21, 2026, has been found safe, authorities confirmed.
According to a lieutenant with the Phoenix Police Department, Kehlani was located on February 22 at a QuikTrip near 27th Avenue and Thomas Road in Phoenix. Officers responded to the area after receiving multiple tips generated following the statewide Amber Alert.
Kehlani had allegedly been taken from a home near 118th Avenue and Edgemont Street in Avondale late Friday night. Police previously identified 23-year-old Mariana Noriega as the person suspected of abducting the child. Authorities said the alert prompted numerous public tips after the pair was reportedly spotted at a business in Maricopa on February 21.
Officials have not yet released details about the circumstances of Kehlani’s recovery or the current status of Noriega. The investigation remains ongoing.
