Authorities have confirmed that two teenagers — just 15 and 17 years old — have now been charged in connection to a deadly shooting that has taken a life and forever changed multiple families.
According to investigators, the teens — one from Fulton County, Pennsylvania and one from Berkeley County, West Virginia — are now facing serious charges, including criminal homicide.
