He was also the devoted fiancé of Rachel Herman and a proud uncle to Rocco Autullo and Graham Wirta. In addition to his immediate family, Luke is survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.

Family and friends gathered to remember Luke with a visitation on Friday, February 6, at St. Rita of Cascia Shrine Chapel in Chicago, followed by a funeral Mass on Saturday, February 7, at the same chapel. Interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations be made to the Tom Hopkins Foundation, an organization that held importance to Luke and his loved ones.
